After organizing five successful conferences, the 6th International Conference on Nanostructures (ICNS6) will be held in Kish International Convention Center and Sharif University of Technology International Campus in Kish Island from 7 to 10 March, 2016.
The event is calling for registration and abstract submission by deadlines of August 30, 2015 and September 14, respectively.
The conference is devoted to the state of the art in nanostructures and nanosciences, the great progress in experimental techniques, theoretical studies and emerging applications of new nanomaterials.
The conference is organized in collaboration with International Centre for Theoretical Physics (ICTP) and Academic Sciences for Developing World (TWAS).
The event provides a great opportunity for professionals within the academic, research and industrial communities to exchange and share their experiences as well as the latest scientific findings and technological developments.
The ICNS6 covers a wide range of topics including ‘nanomaterials, nano-biomaterials and nanocomposites,’ ‘nanostructure materials in energy, water and environment,’ ‘nano-biotechnology and nanomedicine,’ ‘nanostructures in electronics, photonics and plasmonic,’ ‘nanomaterials in catalysts and photocatalysts’ as well as ‘carbon nanostructures.’
Leading researchers are also invited to present the latest research results covering various aspects and properties of nanostructures in different fields.
In its previous edition, more than 720 participants shared their views on 9 main topics in the fields of nanostructures.
